We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Full Stack Developer with over 10+ years of expertise in building highly performant enterprise application using React and Java to join our supply chain team and drive the development of high-impact applications for the automotive sector. Responsibilities include developing and mentoring a team of developers in building and maintaining enterprise applications using React and Java; strong fundamentals in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and database design; expertise architecting and developing full stack web applications with RESTful APIs; extensive experience with MongoDB including schema design, performance tuning, and concurrency considerations; proficiency in Java concurrency and best practices; practical experience with Python for application development, scripting, and process automation; experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure; ensuring best practices and standards in coding and concurrency controls; developing solutions using event-driven architecture; architecting and developing complex features for supply chain platforms focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability; collaborating with cross-functional teams; maintaining and improving existing systems; optimizing application performance and concurrency management; translating complex business needs into technical specifications. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred), minimum 10 years as a Senior Developer with expertise in Java and MERN stack, strong communication skills, UI/UX design abilities, leadership experience, experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures, background in automotive or supply chain web applications is a plus, proficiency in version control, CI/CD, agile methodologies, robust understanding of Java concurrency, and relevant certifications or advanced degrees.
